Frequently Asked Questions

1. Who can enroll in Droneakademy?

Anyone aged 16 and older with an interest in drone technology, AI, or aviation is welcome. No prior experience is required — we have beginner to advanced levels.

2. What language are the courses offered in?

Courses are available in English, Haitian Creole, and French to accommodate our international and Caribbean learners.

3. Do I need a drone to start?

No drone? No problem. You can start learning theory and simulation-based training. For hands-on practice, we offer rental and guided sessions (where available).

4. What certification will I receive?

Depending on the program you choose, you will receive one or more of the following:

  • ✅ FAA Part 107 Certificate
    Preparation and guidance to pass the U.S. commercial drone pilot exam.

  • ✅ SkyRobotics Certification
    Our flagship 3-month program combining FAA prep, drone operations, and advanced industry skills.

  • ✅ Specialized Modules Certificate
    For those taking individual modules such as aerial photography, inspection, mapping, or agriculture.

  • ✅ AI & Data Science Certification
    For students enrolled in our technology-oriented programs focused on artificial intelligence, data science, automation, and their applications in drone and smart systems.

5. What happens after I enroll?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps, access to your dashboard, and a welcome orientation guide.

6. Do you offer payment plans or scholarships?
